Annual Filing of your IRS 990  Report

As was first mentioned in the Q1 Newsletter, the NAPF reminds all NAPF members that most of you are on a calendar year fiscal year. With this in mind, the IRS requires your park foundation to submit your annual 990 report on a timely basis. Failure to do so can put your park foundation 501 (c)(3) status in jeopardy. Check with your park foundation treasurer or accountant to ensure that your 990 is filed with the IRS on time. For discussion on this topic contact the NAPF at dortale@the-napf.org or call Donald at 630-965-1000.
